SPF is not configured
- SPF
- Sender Policy Framework
Receiving systems cannot verify which services may send mail for the domain.
What is SPF?
Sender Policy Framework is a DNS policy listing the systems allowed to send mail for a domain. Receiving servers compare the connecting sender with that policy as one signal when deciding whether mail is legitimate.
What to do next
- List every service that sends mail for the domain.
- Build one SPF TXT record using those providers’ documented include values.
- End with ~all while testing, then consider -all.

How to verify the fix
Send a message to a mailbox that exposes authentication results and confirm SPF passes.
When this result may be wrong
A domain that never sends email may use “v=spf1 -all”. Forwarding can cause SPF to fail even when the original sender was legitimate.
