No website address found
- A
- Address record (IPv4)
- AAAA
- Address record (IPv6)
The domain does not currently resolve to a public web server.
What are A and AAAA records?
A and AAAA records connect a domain name to the public address of a server. A carries an IPv4 address; AAAA carries an IPv6 address. Without an address record or an equivalent alias, browsers do not know where to connect.
What to do next
- Find the IPv4 or IPv6 address supplied by your host.
- Add an A record for IPv4 or an AAAA record for IPv6 at your DNS provider.
- Allow for the record TTL, then test again.
How to verify the fix
Run the check again and confirm the expected address appears.
When this result may be wrong
A site can use a CNAME or provider-specific ALIAS/ANAME at the root. DNS changes can also be hidden by resolver caching.
